Terms of Service

Welcome to Milaysur's Karaoke ("Milaysur," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your membership and participation in our community and use of our website (milaysurskaraoke.com). By joining or participating, you agree to these terms.

Membership

• Membership is a recurring contribution of $40 per month, billed automatically through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel.
• New members pay a one-time setup contribution of $100 on joining. This one-time fee is non-refundable.
• Membership may be subject to a short audition so we can welcome you and place you in the right group.

Billing & Cancellation

• Monthly membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your membership at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked in your billing emails.
• When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period. Monthly contributions already paid are non-refundable.
• Membership cannot be paused. Cancelling ends your membership.
• If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, you must re-register (including any audition) and pay the one-time setup fee again. Rejoining is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Community Conduct

Milaysur is a warm, drama-free, respectful community that welcomes every voice. By participating, you agree to treat fellow members with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to remove any member whose conduct is disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful to the community, without refund of the one-time fee.

Performance Recordings & Media

Performances at our sessions are recorded, edited, and published to our YouTube channel and our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). By participating, you grant Milaysur permission to record your performance and to publish and share it. All recordings, edited videos, and produced content are the exclusive property of Milaysur. While members are welcome to share their own performances for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, no member may copy, re-upload, sell, monetize, re-edit, redistribute, or otherwise misuse these recordings for any separate or commercial purpose without Milaysur's prior written permission. Any member found misusing Milaysur's recordings will be removed from the community, without refund of the one-time fee. When you join, our consent form asks whether we may feature you in promotional or marketing materials; you may decline promotional use, and we will honor that choice.

Song & Music Rights

Songs performed may be the copyrighted works of their respective owners. Members are responsible for their own performances, and Milaysur produces content for community and educational enjoyment. Published videos may be subject to third-party rights holders' policies (for example, on YouTube).

Kids Group

Participation by minors in our Kids Karaoke group requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on the child's behalf.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Milaysur provides its community and services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milaysur is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in the community or use of the website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
